Great things happen when a community comes together. The Port of Miami Tunnel Project is one of the largest and most complex heavy highway projects in the nation, and it could not happen without the participation of the entire community of Miami-Dade County.
BUiLD 305 is a workforce outreach and recruitment initiative of LiUNA Local Union 1652. Local 1652, MAT Concessionaire and Bouygues Civil Works Florida are committed to building the Port of Miami Tunnel project and supporting the local economy with a workforce that is comprised of members of the community it will serve.
Connecting skilled workers with jobs and training others to have access to these opportunities benefits everyone in Miami-Dade. When local people are put to work, they will support our small businesses, strengthen our neighborhoods, and help our city invest in future improvements.
